我早上去運動三小時,我就吃午餐跟晚餐,早餐是運動前吃的,之後我晚上量體重是55,然後早上去運動回來是54,吃一吃晚上量又55,明天去運動完量又54,這樣週而復始,就好幾個星期了,運動會瘦身,真的ㄇ??我也吃很少呀,吃燙青菜跟水煮蛋........到底為什麼還不會瘦勒??好怪.....>_<
