我現在一個禮拜大概6天會去健身房運動首先踩坐著的腳踏車可是不會真的走的那種我都踩30分鐘13公里消耗300卡路里上面寫的然後重量訓練擴胸跟雙手拉下來的各3次一次15下50公斤啞玲舉50下2次然後跑步機走個10分鐘然後晚餐都不吃這樣會不會瘦呢?感謝大家回答...Showmore
