我身高173體重65~66間已經有小胸肌跟腹肌但是感覺不明顯 - 伏地挺身

我國中的時候有練過田徑隊國2~3就有了微小的胸肌跟腹肌但是怎麼練就那麼!!!我想練三角肌二頭肌大胸肌明顯的腹肌如果要吃胖在練怕太多練不回來於是每當體棟超過66的時候我就把她練回65~64我在家一個禮拜有3天在自主訓練伏地挺身50下仰臥起坐50下跳繩500下背肌50下這樣一組我做3組但是效果好像有限�
