請問我這樣會瘦嗎?早餐前:500CC的水早餐:正常,媽媽會切水果午餐:學校的便當,頗油可是我都會吃光光晚餐:一盒半的水果回家後:10點多媽媽會逼迫我吃加了一點點油和大量的水炒出來的菜睡前:30分鍾抬腿/30下伏地挺身請問這樣會瘦嗎?謝謝欸:)
