因為我練系壘練球玩手肘上方都會痠痛回家就較不痛了醫生說我手肘肌力不夠要怎麼訓練手肘肌力和臂力呢?我不太會做伏地挺身若要買輔助器材要買甚麼(啞鈴.沙包?)啊?要如何使用呢?
