鍛鍊手部肌肉力量 - 伏地挺身

我想鍛鍊手部肌肉的力量。伏地挺身硬撐大概3下就撐不住了,可是沒有累的感覺,單純撐不住。拉單槓肚子多用一點力(有練仰臥起坐),勉強可以硬撐到拉上去一下,吊在上面最多也吊到15秒而已。請問有啥方法可以有效的鍛鍊手的力量,而不用借助太多器具?
