我現在國1身高173cm體重68kg我想練胸肌腹肌還有手臂肌肉腹肌最好是可以一塊一塊很明顯的那種手臂只要有線條就好ㄖ>平常我都會在睡前做仰臥起坐40下和仰臥抬腿20下伏地挺身30下可是好像都沒啥效果>我有1支10磅的啞鈴和握力器可是不知怎嚜用?不用怕我長不高以練肌肉的效果為基準最好能幫我排1��
