我一個禮拜都跑步兩到三次,三十分鐘四公里有時跑步完,還會做一小時的重訓大概三組一組都10~12跑三十分鐘,會算長跑嗎。因為我很瘦,聽人說想增重不能長跑。我都自家訓練,沒時間到健身房~這樣能增重嗎
