我是個國三女生167公分60公斤因為骨架大的關係看起來永遠比別人大隻了一點>"<而且我的雙臂那邊都是肌肉又很粗要怎麼變細呢??請問誰可以回答我!拜託!!對了通常那些舉啞鈴或保特瓶的運動不是針對蝴蝶袖的嘛??那我這個肌肉的要怎麼辦呢??PS要有經驗的回答最好^^
