178/80本身有組裝式啞鈴30磅大概一個禮拜練4天每次200下左右肌肉是變的很大2頭肌的部分但都不是很明顯請問如果要變的更壯和肌肉明顯是增加啞鈴的磅數還是增加舉ㄉ次數麻煩各位指教thx胸肌是伏地挺身就可鍛鍊嗎大概怎麼練沒時間上健身房...Showmore
