如題我沒有上瑜珈課我已經19歲了我自己在家裡練拉筋劈腿我每次都先伏地挺身30下全身熱起來就開始用劈腿坐在床上兩腳打開每天都拉個10-20分鐘我現在可以幾乎把雙腳打到最開然後把頭完全壓低左右手都能碰到打開的左腳跟右腳可是感覺還是沒有像真正會劈腿的人那樣劈的完美...而且真正會劈腿的人�
