哪裡有好心人可以教教我我從去年四月底開始固定運動到現在除了中間狂打BODYCOMBAT有很明顯的瘦了其他就在這幾公斤間徘徊154CM體重46-50KG我想瘦到44KG初期控制飲食<基礎代謝+跑步+重訓(那時候都亂做)有掉個一兩公斤中期剛好是夏天很熱吃得更少又狂作BODYCOMBAT一個星期三次但沒有重訓繼續掉個兩三公��
