暑假要拍實驗影片因角色需要所以要練點身材大概一兩個月前開始幾乎每天都會安排健身不過時間不長大概15分鐘左右手掌伏地挺身-手臂肌仰臥起坐-腹肌拳頭伏地挺身-手腕(每次健身完,都會喝牛奶配巧克力,網路上說的:p)大概每天一次有時會一天兩次練到現在已經有滿明顯的胸肌和腹肌可是...就是手臂��
