再2天比賽了是最後一次所以很重要已經練習很久了但卻都沒進不每天伏地挺身,吊單槓出去時要45度用腰,手臂,手腕我都做到了但不管怎麼丟最多也只有40m多就要比賽了拜託還有什麼方法?!真的很重要有幫助的就告訴我吧!
