我早上起床有跑步跑20~30分鐘的習慣我的臉上很容易長痘痘~尤其是臉頰,我照鏡子感覺臉頰兩側的皮膚顏色跟臉上其他地方的膚色不一樣,有點偏紅,可能是這裡很常長痘痘的關係。早上起來臉也是油油的,所以我會先把臉洗乾淨,之後跑步完流汗之後,臉上又出油,我會回來再洗一次臉。但是聽別人�
