人家都說大清早空氣好適合運動,但我想說夜間植物行呼吸作用,所以累積了一晚上的CO2後的早晨是氧最少的時候.再加上夜間溫度低,所以白天在上層的髒空氣夜間全到地面來了,在大清早去運動照理說應該是空氣超差才是.理論上在傍晚時去運動才是空氣最好的時候吧,累積了一天的氧氣,而髒空氣也還在高��
