我身高大概175左右體重55左右!最近想利用暑假訓練身體!想練手臂胸肌腹肌!想利用早上的時間自行在家練習!有沒有什麼方法可以在這暑假練出個形狀!?早上練的話要前一個小時吃早餐??請各位幫幫我!如有需要買啞鈴也可以!順便說大概買多重!3Q
