以下是我ㄧ天必做的項目1.先做健身用滾輪15下(我通常到15下手就沒力了)2.在伏地挺身50下(差不多50下就會肚子感到痠痛)3.在來是坐在椅子上腳往上抬以不碰到地30下4.最後是舉9公斤啞鈴20下請問我這樣做有效果嗎?我手臂順利練粗一點了不過令我煩惱的是我腹肌好像沒什麼效果的感覺欸只有胸部下面摸起��
