1.一個禮拜至少運動幾天?每次運動需要幾分鐘才真的減到肥?還是要看今天所吃的熱量再來決定要運動幾分鐘或者與吃多少無關??固定運動嗎??2.我看到一則新聞睡眠也可以減肥那要在幾點以前睡才會達到減肥的效果??那早上去運動最好的時間是幾點到幾點才是對身體循環好的??早餐要吃什麼呢我的體質是��
