最近想要練一下肌肉,不過想說從胸肌腹肌背肌先開始好了!我有做伏地挺身,每組25下,做4組仰臥起坐,每組30下,做4組隔天肩膀會有一點酸酸的,可是腹部沒什麼感覺!我想問:1.我做這些的時候,有時每組每組中間好像會休息太久,這樣是不是沒有用?2.隔天肩膀有點酸但腹部沒什麼感覺,這樣我是�
