我每週跑步約5天假日休息每次跑約50分鐘長度約5公里,中間的1公里是長陡坡(上坡長約0.6公里)已經跑了1年半了問題是:1.我之前其實也有在跑步,但沒這麼固定及這麼長距離膝蓋也有反覆的痛過,痛就休息到不痛再跑,這樣訓練過這次再跑維持了一年半了,膝蓋有痛但不是很劇烈,輕微的不會影響作息,但這樣��
