我之前試過肉桂粉+蜂蜜的減肥法持續的時候感覺有效但後來就沒有再試了現在的我每天12小時都坐著只有一些時間能起來動動手腳三餐都正常只是覺得量多了點就三餐來看的話沒有辦法從這來想辦法想問問大眾有什麼其他的方法嗎或是有什麼運動可以在家做還可以瘦身的...Showmore
