之前有人PO文說一直做仰臥起做和扶地挺身是練起來效果不好真假??他說與其一天做好幾十下好幾百下不如先來個有氧30分鐘在練會比沒做來的快而且成效更明顯真假??然後他說先做有氧30分鐘然後在做無氧5分鐘無氧是什麼??有氧有包括腳踏車機嗎??最後拉單槓練的出2頭肌3頭肌嗎??他和扶地哪個比叫快??
