我身高180,體重60,目前20歲休學在等當兵,我希望能在這段期間內增強自己的體能、降低體脂肪,因此想上健身房做一些重訓或核心肌群的訓練,但是我不想要太明顯的肌肉=="只是想有個"型"就好了,另外我也不想增重(其實我還想再瘦2~3公斤),請問這樣能練出稍微的"型"嗎?還是教練一定
