請問各位大大.跳有氧和瑜珈.哪種運動對於減肥比較有效ㄋ?因為我之前是跳一段時間的有氧.每星期跳兩堂.雖然流很多汗.但我卻發覺沒有改變我的體重.我有聽說瑜珈.但是我卻不知道這兩種哪種運動比較可以改變體態和減肥.因為我肚子的肉肉比較多我想藉由運動看是否可以減掉我的肚子肉肉.好像很難耶
