大家好,我是上班族,最近想要趁下班時間,拉拉筋,紓解身心,我在考慮救國團的課程,但我不知道有氧運動和瑜珈差別在哪裡?其中,【塑身有氧】【律動有氧】和【瑜珈】【塑身瑜珈】差別又在哪?其實我主要目的不是減肥,只是想拉拉筋,想要有端正的姿體及儀態...還講大家幫忙講解!!或是有沒有人可以推薦�
