我每天作空中腳踏車200下。仰臥起坐30下(30順之後會再加)每天會跑步(不知道多少M= =)早上做芭雷,晚上做瑜珈(都很簡單的那種)3餐正常(偶爾會有宵夜)這樣會瘦嗎?我身高151體重55要瘦到多重才算剛好捏??...Showmore
