我身高175公分 體重68公斤外表看起來不胖 平常就有運動習慣但上半身肌肉依然不結實現在開始有在做一些健身運動---伏地挺身與仰臥起坐"每天"晚上各三十下加上喝牛奶 大概持續了兩個禮拜了 真的有稍微結實一點但是有點擔心這樣持續下去 會不會會變太壯感覺有點擔心過頭...但是我是希望��
