如題,我想讓自己身材好看一點!順便增強自己打籃球時的碰撞力!但我又無法每天去健身房!每天只做仰臥起坐和伏地挺身外加跑步夠嗎?這3項每天至少要做幾下ˋ跑幾圈?伏地挺身是練胸肌吧?仰臥起坐是練腹肌吧?
