有關體能訓練二頭肌腹肌鍛鍊 - 伏地挺身

請問一下,如何有效鍛鍊肌肉,增加力量?我每天晚上都會做伏地挺身25下和仰臥起坐50下。仰臥起坐前面25下做普通的,後面25下每起身手肘分別彎過碰觸兩邊膝蓋,這樣訓練會有效果?我感覺只有胸肌變大==根本不是我想要的...有點窘,要煉二頭肌和腹肌,變成胸肌。請大家幫忙解答指教!謝謝!
