桌球-該如何訓練前臂增加收臂的擺速? - 健身

最近苦練前衝弧圈球,對於重心轉移和腰力運用也已有了初步的掌握,但是拉出來的質量仍然不好,有人說我拉球時收小臂的擺速太慢,建議我要加快速度請問有什麼方法能訓練前臂擺速呢???請問可樂大大和729大大能提供一點建議~還有請問一下上半身部份是以前臂帶動整個揮拍的動作還是大臂帶動小臂揮動?.
