我喜歡用下勾的方式來投球因為我覺得高壓放球位置我總是抓不好可是我都只能投正中央的球總是被打出去控球要怎麼練習才會比較好一點我看了一些資料為什麼下勾投手腰部和腿部都要比較強壯那腰部腿部手臂要怎麼練阿除了跑跑步做伏地挺身之外還有什麼方法嗎?我的國中沒有棒球隊我也是國中才開
