之前都是用節食這種比較極端的方法來進行減肥體重是有減少兩三公斤,但身體變得很不健康肌膚狀況整個很乾癟,摸起來都沒什麼彈性重點是後來吃了幾攤大餐,體重就回來了Q_Q最近開始尋求比較健康的減肥方式所以和朋友報名了健身房課程,感覺靠運動減肥還是最實在~健身房裡有很精密的體脂檢測
