我想減重,但不愛運動,想請問,用正常速度走路30~60分鐘,也能達到有氧運動的效果嗎?P.S:請勿打減肥食品等相關廣告,否則一律檢舉,你們用這種方式欺騙大眾,難道就不怕報應嗎?
