我剛加入健身會員...我聽別人說如果方法錯誤再怎嚜練都白練...以下是我的流程請有經驗的大大幫我看看有沒有錯誤...首先熱身慢跑15分鐘...再來拉筋腹肌50下為一組=>胸肌大頭肌25下為一組=>大腿肌50下為一組=>背肌二頭肌25下為一組這樣的順序持續4組...(做完差不多1個小時吧..)最後練完再拉拉筋跟
