我並沒有要減肥只是因為最近要比賽但是體力有點差,所以想要練一下體力我身高183原本體重是90,但是2個月前我就已經開始在慢跑了,結果前幾天量了一下體重變成87,因為原本有意點微胖,結果發現慢跑居然可以幫我減掉一些多餘的體重,所以現在想持續下去,想問的事我原本是每天跑3千公尺時間1
