你們好~我先說明自己的情況有時會熬夜三餐其實能算正常常吃宵夜體質吃不胖大概是大家說的小腸戎毛受損所以我不易吸收導致怎樣吃怎樣拉都不會胖我是男生請指導我怎麼樣能把身材練好?因為我沒什麼肉也有人說沒肉怎麼練肌肉也不會變大但是我真的很想改善現在的我身高172體重48-49麻煩拜託講的仔
