我是個國三生練扶力挺身110下和仰臥起坐120下已經練了1個多月快2個月了PS.我是扶力挺身和仰臥起坐交互作先60下:60下再來50:60我爸說這樣做比較有效我有很大的問題我本身很瘦所以腹肌都露不出什摩東西來我暑假有計畫要去公園慢跑...請問我大概要多久才能把腹肌練出來?感恩
