最近一直想減肥卻發現很難很難我每天不是瑜珈就是游泳或慢跑但是因為瑜珈上課時間剛好是下午五點到六點半練玩又不能馬上吃晚餐格一小時之後又七點半了吃完就八點了而我十一點一定上床睡覺這樣我的晚餐簡直就接近宵夜了所以我的小腹越來越大屁股的肉也越來越多腰越來越粗真煩看起來一點都�
