如果每天都去運動,每天都沒有間斷,是不是要給自己放一、二天的假?讓身體休息一下?每天去跑步,現在覺得跑的時候,有點越跑越累..是不是要讓身體休息一、二天,再去運動,這樣效果比較好呢?
