手臂彎舉〔16磅+二十~二十五下〕向上抬舉〔16磅+十~十五下〕平面抬舉〔16磅+二十~二十五下〕組和組之間休息一分鐘一 三 五 日都有練習,維持做一休一的情況~想請問,雖然每次做完四到五組之後手臂都會酸痛無力,可是不到一個小時的時間就又感覺力氣恢復了!這樣子到底有沒有訓練�
