本身為乙組選手,我這次大運會參加800M和1600接力因為一整個寒假(五個禮拜)完全沒有動,所以這禮拜開學開始練時,已經發覺自己變得跟正常人一樣,我慢跑五圈,一圈秒數都在1分50那邊,就沒辦法在繼續跑了,已經到了極限在今年1月初那邊,我800起碼可以跑到2:20以內,1500公尺5分20但是現在800公
