現在沒工作每天在家唸書也沒時間去外面做運動體重一直上升晚餐也不吃飯只吃菜肉等等早中餐正常最多就是每天會做一點伏地挺身跟仰臥起坐結果還是一直胖呀~胸倒是有結實一點主要還是都胖在肚子該怎樣才可以讓沒時間運動的我瘦一點呢...Showmore
