小弟目前小六,體重約45kg上下身高150cm上下我覺得我肚子有點小小小胖胖(我個人認為的)(大家都說我身材不錯)的我最近這幾天有再做仰臥起坐(今天約第三還第四天)第一次我記得好像做二十下然後昨晚六下剛剛七點半的時候三十下我打算等等在做三十下我主要想讓我的肚子變瘦+腹肌我的手有一點點肌肉��
