我是個國三生,164.5公分60公斤我覺得自己太胖了決定減肥早餐我吃三明治吃之前會先喝500cc的溫開水中午學校營養午餐飯我都吃三分之一碗肉吃大概一拳頭的量菜我會多吃晚餐都吃一顆茶葉蛋或水果每餐飯前我都會喝一些溫開水8點後就不喝水了每天跳繩200下仰臥起坐30下空中腳踏車200我都走路上上下學每
