我目前國二我朋友有些人都有腹肌真的很帥!!我也想練我身高大概有170體重55~60那邊這樣可以練的出來嗎?我現在每天都做五十下仰臥起坐那關於胸肌二頭肌怎嚜練??有人說做伏地挺身就會有胸肌跟二頭肌是真的媽??那練腹肌會長不高嗎??那再練二頭肌真胸肌會長不高嗎??我每天都坐二十下伏地挺身請先別告
