我體型算壯又有點肥肉和肚子如題想問這樣是否依然能有效減肥塑身我的運動方式是在家裡健身每天下午我會先暖身然後100多下伏地挺身100下仰臥起坐100下開合跳一個項目不會一次做完偶爾每10下就換項目輪流作然後中間也會去跑樓梯上下五趟(家裡有5樓)來回算一趟運動時間至少超過30分鐘會喘也流很多
