我平常一個禮拜健身三次:週一:上腹肌,4種胸肌運動+4種二頭肌運動週三:兩側腹肌,4種肩膀運動+4種三頭肌運動週四:下腹肌,4種腳運動+4種背肌運動一種運動做三輪(12下,8下,6下),每輪都加一點重量但是接下來的7個禮拜,因為出國的關係沒有健身房可以去,請問我要做甚麼樣的運動來��
