我當兵前有在練重量訓練,深蹲大約三天做一次從20KG空槓開始做,做到60KG蹲下去的時候右腿股四頭肌開始出現緊緊的狀況結果沒管它繼續練一陣子就開始刺痛,結果去檢查醫生說股四頭肌肌腱發炎然後就做完療程,徹底休息一年結果退伍一回去練,接近到60KG又開始刺痛再檢查醫生說是好了沒錯,但是�
