大約一年的時間(應該只有幾個月因為中間有偷懶)我瘦了19公斤其實我有發現越瘦越慢..前幾天去康XX測體脂訪體脂訪28.是標準但也快超過了他叫我少油但我早餐中午都會正常吃晚餐不吃白飯只吃菜肉是因為菜裡面油太高嗎?如果是菜太油那我要如何解決??
